Michael has expertise in Strategic Planning, Enterprise Development, Business Planning, Change Management, Production and Manufacturing. His skill in developing exemplar partnerships and collaborative work practices is well recognised throughout Ireland.
Paul has over 25 years’ experience in sales throughout Ireland and the UK with a focus on growth and new business development in both the Technology and Engineering sectors.
Paul will have responsibility for growing and leading Hanley Energy’s business presence across Ireland, required by a business that’s currently undergoing exponential national and international growth.
With a background in IT / ICT system integration and having set up an IT department to deliver full Turnkey Comms Room and Data Centre Infrastructure solutions in a previous role, Paul see’s the convergence of Hanley Energy monitoring, critical power, IT Infrastructure (IT Racks, Power, Cooling, Security, Monitoring), ICT system integration and SaaS as the way forward in the provision of Hanley Energy Efficient Smart Solutions to business. Hanley Energy is uniquely set up to deliver this nationally and internationally.

Keith comes to Hanley Energy as a leading Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) specialist with vast experience in the install, commission and maintenance of UPS Systems ranging from 10kVA to 2mVA coupled with a technical support role to customers on their UPS requirements.
Having started his career with Mercury Engineering in 2000 and working on a variety of large scale projects including Intel, Pfizer, Dublin Airport and Lucent Technologies.
He then went on to become a Field Service Engineer with MGE UPS Systems in 2006 before they merged with APC to become part of Schneider Electric. Keith joins the team from Schneider Electric having progressed to be their Senior Service Engineer providing support to fellow service engineers along with key accounts.
Keith will be responsible for leading our UPS service and maintenance division with existing clients nationally and internationally coupled with installations/commissioning for all new clients across a spectrum of industries: Data centres, Large scale manufacturing, Intensive Care/Medical, Stadiums and aerospace to name a few.
